A graduate in administration and economics from the University of Wrocław. She has been cooperating with TLA Law Firm since 2018, initially as an intern and currently as a tax consultant. She actively shares her knowledge by publishing statements and comments in articles on Prawo.pl, and an article on chain transactions, which she co-authored, was also published in Rzeczpospolita.
She specializes in VAT and has achieved numerous successes in this field, including winning a case regarding VAT refund for a composite supply. Wiktoria Szpineta, as a speaker, conducted the training “Changes in VAT” and participated in many projects covering both income taxes and indirect taxes, such as: settlements of international transactions, ongoing VAT deductions, tax service for companies, and local government units.
In her private life, Wiktoria Szpineta is a true bookworm and a movie enthusiast. No new release on Netflix ever escapes her, especially series – particularly those with a crime theme, such as Broadchurch or Marcella. The first book she ever read was The Children of Bullerbyn, and now she mostly reads crime novels and reportage.
